In Memory of Howard Bicking
Howard Bicking died on Jan 28, 2009 after a long battle with Prostate Cancer. Howard was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend. He grew up working on the family farm and enjoyed camping and fishing in the mountains of Colorado. He had an unwavering faith in God and while he is already missed, we know he is now with the Lord in a much better place.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks for contributions to PCRI in his memory.
The Prostate Cancer Research Institute mission is to improve the quality of men’s lives by supporting research and disseminating information that educates and empowers patients, families and the medical community.

With each memorial or "gift in honor" contribution received, an announcement letter will be sent to his wife, Sharron Bicking. The amount given is never indicated in the announcement letter. The donor will also receive an acknowledgment letter. It is PCRI's policy to acknowledge all memorial and "gift in honor" contributions promptly after receipt.
The Prostate Cancer Research Institute is a non-profit corporation, exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation as defined in section 509(a) of the Code, and qualifies for a maximum charitable contribution by individual donors.
