Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your online reservation via email. You will receive confirmation of your telephoned, mailed or faxed conference registration via email or postal mail if your registration is submitted and paid by August 15th.

Cancellation
Cancellations and requests for refunds will be honored through August 15th if submitted in writing by mail or fax. NO EXCEPTIONS.
