The conference will discuss a wide variety of topics for those dealing with all stages of prostate cancer from newly diagnosed to recurrent and metastatic disease including:

  • Deciding When Treatment is Needed
  • Selecting “State of the Art” treatments
  • Reducing Impact on “Quality of Life”
  • Improving Outcomes with Diet and Supplements

  • Navigating the Medicare Maze
  • Understanding the New Advances on the Horizon

Conference Highlights Include:

  • Live color Doppler biopsy demonstration
  • Information on new drugs/trials for men in the advanced stage
  • Support groups for men and their spouses & caregivers
  • Meet the speakers - opportunities to interact directly with the speakers immediately following their presentations
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) units for medical professionals

The conference will provide insight to patients, caregivers and medical professionals.

Support Group Meetings - US TOO is holding support group meetings Friday at 5:00pm and during the Saturday and Sunday lunch periods. See what happens in a support group and learn what may help you and those that you care about. Sign up for these support group meetings including the “Partners Sessions” when you pick up your Attendee materials.

Exhibits - A variety of healthcare-related exhibits will be available each day, starting September 7th at 1 PM through September 9th at 1:30PM.

Saturday Night Dinner (optional) - Share a memorable evening of food, music and fellowship with the prostate cancer community. Hear Donald Coffey, Ph.D. speak about Technology in Revolution. Seats are limited, so register early.

Los Angeles Excursions (optional) are available to make your trip more enjoyable include the Hollywood Bowl (L.A. Philharmonic), Warner Brothers VIP Studio Tour, and the Grand Hollywood Tour. Limited tickets are available, so sign up early.
