Best Bulking Cycles


Bulking is a term used in the body building industry to refer to the process of gaining weight in form of lean muscle mass. Bulking cycles involve this muscle gain while minimizing the rate of gaining fat. A bulking cycle therefore involves the use of exercises as well as a high caloric diet. For most people taking part in body building, it gets to a point where intense physical exercises and diet do not make any more incline in bulk. This bulking stack should be used for a maximum of 12 weeks. The dose of Testosterone Enanthate used is 500mg per week and that of Deca is 200 mg per week. This cycle should be followed by post cycle therapy as it is associated with endogenous Testosterone suppression.

Another steroid stack that can be used is Testosterone, Dianabol and Deca Durabolin. The doses of Testosterone Enanthate and Deca remain the same as above for 12 weeks. Dianabol, due to its great anabolic and androgenic effects, is used for the first 6 weeks of this cycle at a dose of 25 mg per day.

Testosterone Enanthate has also been used with great results singly at a dose of 500 mg a week for 8 to 12 weeks. All the four esters can also be used in combination and are packaged and marketed as Sustanon 250, 350 or 400. Sustanon cycles also last for 8 to 12 weeks.

It is important for beginners to carry out a test cycle to increase their ability to tolerate the steroids and to prepare for bulking stacks with greater potency.
