ROOM RATE
A conference rate has been arranged for $129 per night, plus state and local taxes, currently 14.5%. To receive this rate, you must ask for the National Prostate Cancer Conference Rate. This rate will be offered three (3) days prior to and (3) days after the conference, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.

Each person is responsible for making his/her own travel arrangements, including transportation and hotel reservations. The Cut-off Date for accepting reservations is Tuesday, May 31, 2005. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-off Date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of arrival date. If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
