A conference rate has been arranged for $79 (single or double)
per night, plus appropriate state and local taxes, currently 10%. To
receive this rate, you must ask for the Prostate Cancer
Conference Rate.
Each conference attendee is responsible for making his/her own travel
arrangements, including transportation and hotel reservations.
Reservations must be made by August 14, 2003. There are
a limited number of rooms available.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of arrival date.
There is a free Hilton Shuttle that runs every 10 minutes between the
Burbank Airport and the Hilton Burbank Airport & Convention Center.
A SuperShuttle discount coupon is available for travel between other
area airports and the hotel. You may request this on your conference
registration form.
Discounted self-parking is available for conference attendees for $6.00,
inclusive of tax.
